Who We Are
Village Gardens is an affordable community for seniors age 62 and older with 39 one-bedroom units and an on-site manager. Apartments include a full kitchen, bathroom with safety amenities, a living room/dining room area, individually controlled heat and air conditioning and an emergency call system.
Village Gardens is made possible through a HUD 202 grant, funding from The Hampton Roads Foundation, and consideration from the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA). Income limitations are determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
