Who We Are

Renaissance Apartments is situated on 18 acres in a park-like setting offering subsidized housing for the elderly, disabled and handicapped. The Renaissance offers 1 and 2 bedroom barrier free units.  Rent adjusted to your income. Features include emergency pull cords, laundry on site; one and two bedroom barrier-free units; active social programs both on and off site; walking path to grocery and pharmacy; van transportation to grocery and outings. Small pets welcome. All utilities are included in the rent. Located on city bus line.



Housing for elderly and mobility impaired is also available at Saints Cosma and Damianos House.
