Who We Are
To be able to purchase a Habitat for Humanity home, you must first meet the basic qualifications listed below. Selection of partners is based on the level of need, the ability to afford a no-profit mortgage, and the willingness and ability to partner in the actual construction of a home. Public housing/Section-8 and Affordable Dwelling Unit participants are welcome to apply.

- Must live in or work in Loudoun County twelve (12) months prior to applying.
- You are currently living in overcrowded, substandard, or unaffordable housing.
- You have had a steady income for the past 12 months.
