Who We Are
Fredericksburg Health & Rehab is a Skilled Nursing facility offering the following services: pain management, IV therapy, diabetes management, continence management, dialysis care, wound care, stroke rehabilitation, balance management, physical therapy, speech and occupational therapy. Capacity is 177 beds.
Meals are offered in the dining room on site, as well as hairstylist/barber and case management. Transportation to social events available. Resident trust fund account available. 24 hour licensed nursing care (RN's, LPN's, certified nursing assistants); social workers, medical director, nurse practitioners, psychologist, dietitian, physical therapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist all on staff. Rehabilitation services available.
Average waiting period is three to seven days, depending on the applicant's medical condition and the nursing services required. No fee is associated with the waiting list. Residents and their families may pay to hold a bed while waiting for admission. This fee is non-refundable.
