Who We Are
Lakewood Health Care Center offers licensed skilled nursing care to its residents. In some cases, residents will only need a temporary stay in the Health Care Center to receive rehabilitative services when recovering from an illness or accident. Whether the need is short-term or long-term, Lakewood residents know if they need nursing care it is readily available. Admission to Lakewood’s Health Care Center is open only for current residents of Lakewood.
Lakewood also offers nursing care as part of its continuing care services. Lakewood is affiliated with Lifespire of Virginia.
