Who We Are
Visions Therapeutic Services provides individualized training and support to persons with psychiatric limitations to achieve and maintain independence and stability who are 18 years and older. The support service is provided in a private residence by trained professionals.
Each individual entering the program must have an initial assessment and a six month reassessment done face to face. An individualized service plan will be developed and a counselor assigned.
Services can include, but are not limited to:
- Comprehensive assessment
- 24 hour on call assistance
- Linking individuals to additional supportive community resources
- Medication education and support
- community based service
- individualized service planning
- Individualized transportation
- Training in personal daily living skills
