Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance

Henrico County residents who are first-time homebuyers purchasing a single-family home in Henrico County and meet income eligibility requirements are eligible to purchase homes developed by one of our non-profit partner agencies. Homes include new construction and rehabilitation of existing houses.

Financial assistance with downpayment and closing costs for qualified first-time, low and moderate-income homebuyers may be available.
