Who We Are

As we age we all want to stay in our home but occasionally need support and assistance.  IncrediCare can provide in-home assistance. We are an agency certified in Dementia Care.

Licensed CNAs and PCAs can help with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and grooming. Other services include medication management, light housework, meal preparation, socialization, errands, accompanying to appointments, and more.   

Our caregivers are extensively trained in the multiple stages of Dementia.  Fall Risk training focuses on maintaining safety while respecting the need for our clients' independence and is based on our experience with family members. All staff are trained on Infection Control Protocols and supplied with PPE.

All In-Home Care is supervised by licensed LPNs and RNs
