Who We Are
Crossroads Youth, a program of the Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board is residential substance abuse treatment and habilitation program serving adolescent males with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. A public school is offered on site at the facility. Crossroads Youth is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Residential treatment comprehensive services for youth include:
- Individual, group and family therapy;
- Psychiatric services;
- Medication management;
- Case management;
- Continuing care services to assist with transition back to the community.
Services are provided in residential treatment settings that are matched to the level and duration of care each individual needs, and include intermediate and long-term treatment with 24-hour staffing, and supervised treatment services with staffing twelve to eighteen hours per day.
Specialized treatment services are provided for:
- People with co-occurring disorders (substance use and mental illness);
- People whose primary language is Spanish.
