Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, the Independent Living Program provides intensive therapeutic services to include education, treatment, and case management. This program offers a comprehensive assessment of the youth’s ability to live independently. Based on the assessment of needs, an individualized plan of care is created to teach skills necessary, provide treatment or case management services.

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
