Community Health Center, Herndon

HealthWorks for Northern Virginia, formerly known as the Loudoun Community Health Center, provides health care services to all, regardless of ability to pay. The following services are available:

• Sick visits
• Health screening and wellness
• Chronic disease management (High blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
• Minor injuries
• Minor office procedures
• Well-child care
• School physicals
• Well-woman care/ Pap smears
• Dental (including crowns, bridges, and dentures)
• Behavioral Health and Psychiatry
• Prescription assistance program
• Case management/outreach and referral services

HealthWorks for Northern Virginia has 2 other locations in Leesburg and Reston.  These clinics are Federally Qualified Health Centers.
