Who We Are
Noah's Children offers combined pediatric hospice and home health programs. The program offers (a) skilled in-home health care as per physician's orders; and (b) palliative care and hospice for children with life-threatening and limiting illnesses. Other services offered are end of life planning and care; pain and symptom management; disease management and education; assistance with transitions from the hospital to home and from the home to hospital; medication management; social, emotional and spiritual support; siblings support programs; and bereavement support. The patient's physician is not replaced but works in conjunction with the team to provide appropriate care for the child.
Patients are accepted from the time of diagnosis and families may choose to continue curative treatments.
