Who We Are
The Adler Center provides inpatient hospice care for patients with a progressive life-limiting illness who require symptom management or terminal care. Offers admissions for patients with acute symptoms or close to death or to give respite to caregivers. Provides 21 acute care beds.
Care by interdisciplinary team consisting of physician, registered nurse, certified nursing assistant, chaplain, social worker, bereavement/grief professional, trained volunteer. Occupational, physical and art therapists, and dietitian available as needed.
Unique After Hours Care Center puts patients/families in touch with a registered nurse with access to their medical record, 24 hours a day. Bereavement care offered to family for 13 months after death.
