Children's Regional Crisis Response (CR2) provides 24-hour rapid response to all youth ages 17 and younger) facing a behavioral health, developmental disability or substance use crisis. Counselors provide phone screening and face-to-face assessment, intervention, and support so that youths may continue with life as planned. Services are provided by National Counseling Group. Spanish language services are available.

Services include:
- Rapid mobile response for youths age 17 and younger;
- Prevents unnecessary hospitalizations and placements outside the home;
- 24-hour intervention;
- Screening and triage;
- Clinical assessments, including lethality;
- Psychiatric assessment and services;
- Medication prescription;
- Bilingual counselors;
- Case management;
- 30-day post discharge support;
- Care coordination with community resources and professionals;
- Safety planning.
