• Skilled Nursing - evaluation, medication management, blood draw, disease management, wound care, IV
• Physical Therapy - evaluation for home safety, strengthening and conditioning exercises, balance training, falls prevention pre and post-operative rehabilitation, pain management
• Occupational Therapy - evaluation for ADL training, adaptive device assessment, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation
• Speech and Language Pathology - evaluation for post-stroke, other neurological cases, dysphagia or swallowing difficulties, and other speech impairments
