Who We Are
At Southside Community Services (SCS), group homes provide residential services to adults with a developmental disability. Referrals are processed through support coordinators. Individualized service plans are developed for each resident with specific behavioral objectives. Close follow-up is maintained with families and referring agencies. Individuals receive day support program services at a Creative Innovation Center or another appropriate service location of their choice.
