Housing Choice Voucher Program, Christiansburg Office

Housing Connections, Inc. (formerly Pembroke Management, Inc.) specializes in guiding individuals through the housing choice voucher program and getting them connected to pre approved properties such as single family homes, townhomes and  apartments.  Housing Connections can assist very low-income individuals and families, the elderly and individuals with disabilities in finding safe, decent, affordable housing in the private market. 

Program participants pay 30% of their monthly income for rent and utilities. Demand for this program exceeds federal funding, so applications are accepted on an as needed basis and placed on a waiting list.
