Who We Are
Springdale Apartments is a public housing complex for the elderly and individuals with a disability. The Housing Authority is dedicated to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to eligible low income elderly and the disabled. Rent is based on income.
Applications are received on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am until 11am and again from 1pm until 4pm. A social security card and birth certificate is required for all occupants of the apartment. Residents over 18 years of age must show a photo identification.
