Who We Are

Right Path Vision, Inc. provides person-centered community-based residential support to adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual disability and other developmental disabilities. Services are provided by trained medical and clinical staff around the clock. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of the individuals served. Right Path Vision focuses on the development of opportunities that enhance an individual's sense of dignity, wellness, and self-determination. 

The one-level program is licensed for four individuals. The home is a one-level wheelchair-accessible home with plenty of room to move around. The home has 2 family rooms, three full bathrooms that are wheelchair accessible a spacious front and back yard.  The home is modified to be fully wheelchair accessible and accommodates a wide range of individuals. A team of experienced medical staff provides skilled nursing services. Trained Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide compassionate care.

Services are provided 24-hours a day. Administrative office hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 6 pm. Emergency and on-call phone lines are available for after-hours emergencies.

Intake Process
Services are accessed 24-hours a day including 24-hour supervision unless community and program time is specified on an individual's person-centered plan.
