Who We Are
Johnson Group Home (JGH) is fully an accessible home and has ceiling and floor lifts to help prevent falls and injuries. They have a new Ford transit wheelchair-accessible can for community outings. JGH implement person-centered practices by involving a team including family, friends, staff, and community to support and give them the best life possible. They provide 24-hour, awake staff, with a registered nurse, CNAs, and Direct Support Providers (DSPs) on staff.
All staff members have passed extensive FBI, Department of Social Services, and State Police Background Checks, as well as having been fingerprinted.
