Who We Are
Nova Support Service is a residential group home in Chesterfield Virginia serving individuals with developmental disabilities. They pride themselves on providing a comfortable living environment suitable for teaching independent living skills. Nova Support Services value's fostering an environment that encourages individuals to reach their full potential utilizing a person-centered approach.
Around the clock supervision is provided by caring, professional, and specially trained Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals and address the following:
- medication management,
- developing independent living skills,
- transportation to day programs, employment services, doctor's appointments, community activities, etc.,
- community activities including, but not limited to, Special Olympics, bowling, movies, shopping, community events, and more,
- assistance with activities of daily living including meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
