Patient Assistance Services

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Compass programcan provide resource service for individuals with cystic fibrosis and caregivers involved in their care. Case Managers can provide assistance with resources in the community, including but not limited to 

• Fnd health care providers and pharmacies covered by your insurance plan
• Connect to financial aid programs and get the most out of financial assistance services
• Apply for benefits, including Social Security and disability benefits
• Connect with legal information and resources, including CF Legal Information Hotline
• Prepare for Natural Disasters and Emergencies
