Residential Group Home

St. Joseph Care Services is a Medicaid Waiver program incorporated in Virginia to provide services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the privacy of their homes, supervised facilities (group homes), and homes in natural settings. We strive to support each person in a positive and nurturing environment, which integrates all aspects of living, working, and learning, acknowledging their place as a valued and viable member of the community.

St. Joseph Care Services is dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities through increased access to integrated life choices, assisting them to achieve their highest level of independence and self-worth by providing the appropriate support systems. They value the skill and expert opinion of the DBHDS as well as staff, families, other stakeholders, and a supportive network of healthcare professionals which will assist St. Joseph Care Services in promoting the health, safety, and general well-being of the individuals we serve.
